2. Data we process

When you use the form, we receive your name, email address and message, including any data you choose to provide. Technical services associated with the website and message delivery may also process connection and security data, such as your IP address and browser information.

Required fields are necessary to submit and respond to your request. Do not send identity documents, bank details, health data or other sensitive information through this form.

3. Purposes and legal bases for processing

Sending a message does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications. Where processing relies on consent, we will request it specifically.

If handling a request requires a specialist partner, the individual will be informed about the referral and the applicable data processing. Data may also be disclosed to competent authorities where legally required.

5. Data retention

We retain data for as long as necessary to assess, respond to and follow up on your request. When determining this period, we consider the nature of the enquiry, any contractual relationship, applicable statutory periods and the need to exercise or defend legal rights.
